Account Executive

Our client is currently on the lookout out for their first Sales Lead in the EU, who’ll spearhead expansion and close deals with inbound leads in the EU region. They would be the main point of contact for customers and manage relations with key accounts in the EU region.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Be the first person inbound leads talk to
  • Negotiate with and close deals
  • Maintain excellent client relationships
  • Continually build opportunity pipeline
  • Communicate with and manage existing accounts and resolve conflicts
  • Discover customers’ business needs and propose appropriate solutions
  • Track and coordinate all activities occurring for each account
  • Analyze marketing trends and predictions and research market conditions to develop sales goals and marketing strategies
  • Develope plans to target new customers

Requirements and Skills:

  • Total experience of at least 4+ years
  • 4+ years experience of working in a customer-facing role is a requirement
  • Strong communication and problem solving skills
  • 1+ years Software Engineering experience is a huge plus
