The Customer Support Manager will report to the Director of Customer Success. Our client is looking for outgoing individuals who want to be customer-facing in a high-growth SaaS startup with an exceptional culture and a product that prospects fall in love with immediately.
You Will:
- Connect directly with CFOs, VPs of Finance, and other senior-level executives to maintain the health and happiness of existing customer accounts
- Inform and educate customers on product features and functionalities
- Perform quarterly business reviews with customers
- Prioritize and generate solutions for escalated customer issues
- Collaborate with other departments to identify and resolve issues that may impact overall customer satisfaction
You Need:
- Minimum of 1+ years of proven success in accounting or accounts payable role, preferably with customer success experience
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Exceptional relationship management and interpersonal skills
- All around eagerness to continue to expand on your knowledge and professional expertise
- Strong aptitude and skill set in both accounting and customer success practices
