Director of Account Management

Our client is growing and it’s our priority to hire A+ players to join them on their mission of rapid expansion and world domination! We are looking for a highly motivated, all-star Director of Account Management to build out and scale the Account Management and Customer Success teams.

Responsibilities Include: ​​​​​​

  • Scaling, leading, managing and coaching the AM/CS teams
  • Writing the strategy and playbook to turn this division of business into a well-oiled machine
  • Building out/improving upon upsell/renewal process
  • Maintaining their already stellar retention %

Requirements: 

  • Minimum of 3 years building and leading an AM or CS function, preferably in SaaS
  • BA/BS degree
  • Experience with a sophisticated product/complex tech, preferably in SaaS, but doesn’t have to be
  • Proven ability to handle a large volume of customers while maintaining excellent retention rates and customer satisfaction
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills
  • A self-starter and strategic thinker who can effectively work within a strong team culture while being independent
