Our client is looking for a technical Professional Services Specialist who will be responsible for supporting the CS team with onboarding and implementation of software for new customers. You will be knowledgeable in ensuring the successful integration of our client’s SaaS platform into their clients’ environment while providing an optimal customer experience.
This is a customer-facing opportunity and requires someone who is a self-starter with great energy, technical aptitude, and initiative to drive delivery and customer success. This role is a blend of tech and analyst, supporting clients to deliver the successful implementation of the product suite.
Our client is growing quickly and requires someone who enjoys working with and communicating directly with customers, troubleshooting technical issues, and improving efficiencies for the Professional Services Team.
What you’ll be doing:
- Work directly with customer to onboard them to our client’s platform while resolving technical and process-related inquiries
- Install and manage software and troubleshoot common issues
- Create an implementation strategy that effectively achieves customer expected results
- Collaborate with the Customer Success Team to deliver exceptional customer value
- Continuously review product requests and communicate that detail to the product and engineering team
- Identify and resolve IT problems to customer satisfaction with a high sense of urgency
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers
- Working cross-functionally with CS, product, and development teams
- Develop training and reference documentation for internal and external customers
Requirements:
- 3+ years’ experience working in a Technical Implementation Specialist, Analyst, or Professional Services role
- Solid windows Server OS and Windows 10 knowledge and troubleshooting
- Experience administering Windows permission, Users and User Groups, and other windows configurations
- Knowledge on Sys Internal tools
- Ability to track and identify Windows performance matrices such as memory, CPU, resources and networks
- Detail oriented with the ability to prioritize and complete tasks in a timely manner
- Excellent communication skills to work directly with customers to understand requests, determine and execute on a solution, and follow-up to ensure client satisfaction
- Exceptional problem solving skills
- Bachelor’s degree required
Bonus if you have:
- Hyper-V, Terminal server and Windows Server RDS
- Managing SQL Server and running Sql queries
- Task Scheduler and Windows services
