Sales Development Representative

Our client is looking for a Sales Development Rep to partner with the Account Executive team and accelerate the rapid growth of the company brand. They are looking for candidates with experience researching new logos, cold calling, and prospecting new accounts. Qualifications:

•  Bachelor’s degree

•  New grads to 1 year of sales experience, preferably in software

• SaaS software, domain (higher education), and/or start-up experience is highly desired, but not required

•  Excellent problem-solving abilities

•  Exceptional writing and communications skills

•  Detail-oriented, Type A, analytical, and proactive

•  Impeccable organizational and time-management skills

•  Extremely comfortable cold calling to decision-makers

•  Passionate about providing exceptional customer experiences

•  Enthusiastic, bright, and good at developing trust and opening doors

•  Relentless in your ability to follow-up on leads and setting appointments

•  Ability to make decisions in real-time with maturity, poise, and “grace under pressure”

•  Possess a sense of urgency, and a desire to see projects through to fruition and to consistently deliver

•  Ability to work closely with a variety of internal team members, as well as interact with clients

•  Technical savvy is a plus
