In today’s episode, Kristina interviews Paul David, the founder and Managing Director of Identified Talent Solutions. Since 2005, Paul has worked in the field of talent acquisition and recruitment. He worked for large organizations such as Cox Enterprises, First American Title, and ADP. In addition, Paul provides mentorship programs to help individuals create their own independent recruiting firms. As well as providing back-office solutions to independent and boutique staffing professionals including employer services, workers’ compensation, payroll funding, and administration and accounts receivable management.
